Akshay Kumar Sells Four Mumbai Properties for Rs 20 Crore in One Month

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has sold four of his residential properties in Mumbai within a single month, earning approximately Rs 20 crore. According to property registration records, all the deals were completed in June 2026.

A report by "The Indian Express", quoted by private TV channel "Express News", stated that on June 30, 2026, Akshay Kumar sold two luxury apartments on the 18th floor of Oberoi Enigma in the Malad West area of Mumbai. The sale amount for both apartments was Rs 123.8 million.

Each apartment covers an area of 1886 square feet and comes with 3 parking spaces. The report noted that Akshay Kumar had purchased both these apartments back in 2017 for a total of around Rs 9 crore.

Based on this, the actor made a profit of approximately Rs 33 million from the sale of these two properties.

Earlier, in early June 2026, Akshay Kumar had also sold two apartments in Oberoi Sky City, located in Borivali East, Mumbai, for a combined value of Rs 71 million.

In total, within just one month, Akshay Kumar completed property deals worth approximately Rs 195 million by selling four residential flats, once again drawing attention to his real estate investments.
