CSS Exams 2027 Schedule Announced

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced the advance schedule for the CSS Examination 2027, confirming that the registration process will begin in August 2026. According to the commission, candidates must first qualify a mandatory MCQ-based preliminary screening test before they can apply for the written examination.

The commission has advised aspiring candidates to carefully follow the announced schedule and complete all application requirements within the specified deadlines. Applicants have also been urged to regularly visit the FPSC website for the latest updates regarding the examination process.

Screening Test Registration and Exam Dates

According to the FPSC, online applications for the mandatory screening test will be accepted from 3 August to 20 August 2026.

The preliminary screening test will be conducted simultaneously at examination centres across the country on 27 September 2026. Only candidates who successfully clear this test will be eligible to submit applications for the CSS written examination.

Written Examination Schedule

The FPSC will publish the official advertisement for the CSS 2027 written examination on 8 November 2026.

Eligible candidates will be able to submit their online applications from 10 November to 25 November 2026.

Applicants must also send printed copies of their online application forms, along with all required academic and supporting documents, to the FPSC headquarters no later than 4 December 2026.

According to the announced schedule, the CSS 2027 written examinations will begin on 27 January 2027.

The commission has advised candidates not to wait until the last date to complete their applications. Applicants have been encouraged to submit their forms within the prescribed timeframe to avoid any inconvenience.
