Google Fixes Page Indexing Report in Search Console After Three-Week Delay
Google has fixed the page indexing report inside Google Search Console after it remained stuck and delayed for more than three weeks. The report had stopped updating properly, leaving website owners unable to see current indexing numbers for their pages.
According to the report, the data was stuck showing information from June 11, but it has now been updated to reflect June 29. The fix reportedly happened suddenly, with the report being corrected within minutes of the update being noticed.
Website owners and SEO professionals can now log in to Google Search Console and check the page indexing report normally. They can also run indexing numbers for their own websites as well as for client websites, as the report is functioning again.
The update was also discussed in a forum conversation on Bluesky, where the fix was noted after being tracked for weeks.
