Eligibility
Candidates having relevant education and experience in healthcare administration, office management, coordination, or related fields.
Requirements
Six months to one year of experience performing similar responsibilities in a relevant medical setting. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in a relevant field. Strong administrative and coordination skills. Ability to manage documentation, records, and communication. Knowledge of office management and reporting.
Responsibilities
Handle documentation, reports, records, printing, and office administration tasks. Maintain donor, blood drive, inventory, and HMIS records. Support blood camps, marketing activities, donor communication, and counselling coordination. Prepare performance reports and manage donor follow-ups. Coordinate with Blood Center, hospital departments, and external teams. Assist education programs with budgets, records, events, staff coordination, and operations. Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
