Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR experience Experience in technology or professional services industry Strong background in performance management, engagement, and change management Experience managing HR teams or functions Exposure to transformation or fast-growth environments AI-first mindset with ability to use AI tools in HR processes Strong stakeholder management and leadership influence Solid understanding of HR frameworks, compensation, and policy design Experience with HRMS/HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making ability Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Master’s / MBA preferred SHRM / CIPD certifications are a plus

Execute organizational design and workforce structuring initiatives Lead change management for restructuring and role transitions Drive AI-enabled HR transformation and capability building Strengthen high-performance, accountability-driven culture Implement and monitor performance management frameworks Track engagement, retention, and workforce analytics Deliver people insights to leadership for decision-making Ensure consistency in HR operations across employee lifecycle Lead employee engagement initiatives Act as advisor on culture and employee experience Improve HR efficiency using data and AI tools Partner with business leaders for execution of people strategy Manage HR policies, compliance, and scalability Oversee workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness
