Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Experience in Distribution Center, Transport, Factory Logistics, or Demand & Supply Planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes Familiarity with SAP APO or similar planning tools (preferred) Ability to manage complexity and make data-driven decisions Strong ownership and proactive mindset
Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize supply and dispatch planning to meet demand Plan transportation loads for cost and efficiency optimization Manage inventory levels to balance service, cost, and freshness Monitor planning exceptions and resolve issues proactively Execute weekly planning cycles and ensure service level targets Identify supply risks and escalate when necessary Improve distribution planning and logistics processes Define and maintain DC-wise stock cover policies Collaborate with Customer Service, Transport, and DC Operations teams
