Responsibilities
Provide daily frontline IT support and maintain issue ticket logs; install and configure computer hardware and software; maintain desktops, laptops, printers, telephone exchange and other IT equipment; administer Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, file servers and Office 365; manage data center hardware and environmental systems; maintain file server and disaster recovery backups; upgrade Hyper-V virtual machines and SAN storage; configure wireless controllers and access points; support antivirus and IT security systems; assist with IT asset management and procurement technical evaluations; maintain surveillance cameras and NVR systems; support online meetings using Microsoft Teams and Zoom; troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues; and perform other tasks assigned by management.
