Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent 2 to 5 years hands-on experience in production/manufacturing environment GMP experience Production equipment operation and troubleshooting knowledge Technical documentation skills Experience with compression, granulation, coating, encapsulation, filling or packing equipment SAP or production record system knowledge Excel skills Team supervision/coaching experience Cleanroom or sterile area knowledge preferred Safety risk assessment knowledge
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Coordinate repairs with maintenance teams Maintain production and maintenance records Follow GMP and EHS standards Support and coach operators/technicians Improve efficiency and reduce waste
