Senior Analyst / Specialist - Regional FP&A Service Center is responsible for overseeing and coordinating FP&A Service Center activities across the MEAP & TR-CIS region. The role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical outputs while acting as a key link between affiliates, analysts, and HQ stakeholders.

Eligibility
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines with relevant FP&A experience are eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles. Experience in regional or Service Center structures is preferred. Knowledge of forecasting, planning cycles, and financial systems. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Ability to manage complex datasets across multiple dimensions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end FP&A Service Center activities and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate analysts, manage priorities, and optimize workload distribution. Monitor deadlines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Manage RLBE submission and SAC system loading processes. Validate P&L, BS, Causals, and P23B submissions. Support Brand P&L models and portfolio optimization activities. Govern annual standard cost cycles, OEM cycles, and month-end close support. Drive automation and continuous improvement of financial tools and processes.
