Requirements
Post RN BSc Nursing / BSc Nursing (4 Years) / Diploma in Nursing 1–2 years of experience as Staff Nurse preferred Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
Assess and provide healthcare to patients Administer medications and monitor patient response Record medical information and vital signs accurately Ensure compliance with International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) Conduct regular patient rounds during shifts Prepare pre and post-care for invasive and non-invasive procedures Maintain complete medical records and reports Document nursing care plans, interventions, and evaluations timely Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and ethical behavior
