This is a part-time faculty position reporting to the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Nursing Education. PhD in Pakistan Studies or Islamic Studies from a recognized institution; minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a reputable academic institution; sound conceptual knowledge of the relevant disciplines; knowledge of curriculum design, delivery, and assessment; familiarity with innovative teaching practices and educational technologies; proficiency in ICT and virtual learning platforms; strong organizational, leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively; commitment to student learning and academic excellence.
Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple non-nursing courses; design course plans and curriculum; develop and deliver lectures using innovative teaching methods; manage VLE course shells; integrate religion, society, economy, and politics into teaching; monitor student progress; provide academic advising and mentoring; maintain assessments and grade records; participate in academic initiatives and curriculum enhancement; mark assignments; manage and coordinate course teams.
