Requirements
Minimum BSc Computer Science or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience. Knowledge of Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, Office 365, Hyper-V, Linux, Windows, CentOS, LAN/WAN, and cloud administration. Experience with virtualization, backup solutions, antivirus management, wireless networking, and troubleshooting. Strong communication, documentation, project management, and time management skills. Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSE, ITIL.
Responsibilities
Provide front-line IT support. Install and configure hardware and software. Administer Windows Server 2022 and Active Directory. Manage Office 365 and Exchange administration. Maintain data center operations. Manage file servers and disaster recovery backups. Maintain Hyper-V virtual machines and SAN storage. Configure LAN, WAN, wireless controllers, and access points. Maintain printers, laptops, desktops, telephone systems, and surveillance systems. Troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues. Maintain ticket logs and IT assets. Prepare procurement ToRs and assist in technical evaluations. Schedule and manage online meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Perform other duties assigned by management.
