NUMS Opens Admissions for Certificate and Diploma in Clinical Research Fall 2026

Rawalpindi: The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) has officially announced admissions for its Certificate and Diploma in Clinical Research programs for Fall 2026, offering healthcare professionals an opportunity to enhance their expertise in clinical trials, medical research, and evidence-based healthcare practices. The programs will be offered through the NUMS Institute of Advanced Studies and Research (NIASR).

According to the admission details released by the university, applicants can choose between a 6-month Certificate in Clinical Research and a 1-year Diploma in Clinical Research. Students who successfully complete the certificate program may later continue toward the diploma, subject to approval by the relevant authorities.

Applicants must possess a minimum of sixteen years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

NUMS stated that the Clinical Research programs aim to develop professional skills in medical research methodologies, clinical trial management, data analysis, research ethics, and regulatory compliance.
